CMOS-Addressable DNA Random Access Memory

Supported by Prof. Mehdi Saligane’s 2026 DARPA Young Faculty Award, we are exploring how to combine DNA-based information storage with silicon circuits that control access to that information. Our goal is to move beyond archival storage toward a memory system in which data can be written, retrieved, modified, and erased on demand.
